It’s Friday, pop the bubbles ( crazy old me, I think I always have a celebration going on in my head)✨✨✨✨✨💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽I’m shock about the latest trend of cinnamon and milk..😢😢😢 but, before I could dismiss it, I’m not sure the accurate of it. So, I’m not paying much attention to it. It just made me think, how we willing to push the envelope as women for what we think men want, from us.It always leaves me in wonder, the extremes we put our bodies through as women for a tighter vagina. Why, if it’s suppose to stay tight and small, then it should not have to be a birth door. Imagine how big is a human head, compare to a penis. Yes, I understand that the vagina is muscles and after lot of usage 😂😂😂😂😂💃🏽😉 it loses elastic or maybe after birth. So, yes as we get old we do need to fight against gravity, but you will never be a virgin again. From my observation it’s never men who complaint about our vaginas, it’s us women, we have an ideal picture in our heads of a perfect ” pussy cat “😺😺😺😺😺. The cosmetic industry is booming with products for a tighter Vijay . We buy them. According to research save your money, there is no such thing as a vagina tightening cream or drinks. The only thing you can do is exercise your pelvic floor muscles and #kegel every day. The only thing sex needs according to me is confidence. Ladies if you act like a Russian terrorist in bed, you will never go wrong. Vaginas are different and your ” g spot ” might differ from the other, so, know what makes you tick or orgasm without demanding too much from yourself. You don’t want me to go to penis sizes….😼😼because if you are tightening to suit him, what is he doing to meet your needs? So, let’s stop being naive as women and think before we insect anything in our vaginas.

How to improve your #pelvic_floor_muscles:
If you a woman and has had a #baby or #babies, this #exercise should be your #best #friend.
– [ ] The pelvic floor muscles wraps around the base of the #bladder and #rectum. You can do exercises sitting, standing or lying on your back. To strengthen the posterior muscle, you need to #squeeze the muscle just above your #anus, as if you are trying to #stop #wind #escaping. Don’t move your #buttocks or #legs. For the front muscles, you need to #imagine you are passing #urine, and trying to stop the stream. It my help to put a #finger in your #vagina, and check that you can feel a #gentle #squeeze.
– [ ] This have to be done #regularly to be effective -at least #three sessions every day, for at least five minutes each time, ideally more. Try and hold the “#squeeze of each set of muscles for at least a slow count of 10. Over several months -you should feel the muscles getting #stronger, and you should aim to hold for longer -a slow count of 20 each time
